CHEF OSAMU FUJITA PUMPS UP THE VOLUME AT NOZAWA BAR

A must do sushi experience in Los Angeles is Nozawa Bar, run by Chef Osamu Fujita (under the supervision of Master Nozawa).  Its a private room hidden behind sugarfish, with ten seats.  Chef Fujita has 4 assistants — it is expensive but you get what you pay for, and more.   You must reserve and pay in advance.  It is currently one of the best restaurant experiences in Los Angeles.
