A trio of Drouhin Burgs highlighted this dinner at Patina.  Patina did an incredible job.   Wines of the night were of course the 71 Musigny and the 1978 Amoureuses, which was surprisingly beautiful.  71 and 78 are two of the greatest burg years of all time.  That is why.   Here is the menu:
