MASA WITH JAY AND WILL – OCT 2016

Jay, Will and I did our tri-yearly Masa dinner — Masa made some of the best dishes he has ever made, highlights of this incredible meal included hairy crab from Hokkaido, served many ways, grilled yellowtail collar, uni torched and served on papaya, Wagyu with truffles, and lots more.  After we walked over to Dizzy’s for Jazz (we always do).
