What we learned:
The 2005 White Burgundies (Montrachets) are very advanced — drink now.
Mayacamas made a Pinot Noir at 2400 feet (the 1985 was by far the best).
Inglenook made great wines in 1968 and 1978.
Masseto need to be consumed with at least 20 years of age.
The 1945 Ports are fantastic, still (this 1945 Grahams was WOTN).
The Chef and Somm at the Downtown Jonathan Club did an incredible job — beautiful private wine dinner room, too (the club is absolutely gorgeous).
