Highlights include a gorgeous bottle of 1990 Coche CC, a great 1970 Petrus (and a pretty good 71 too), a very interesting flight of 1978 DRCs, a 1955 Biondi Santi (and a great 55 of La Miss), and more. As usual, Sal is probably the most “hands on” brilliant chef cooking in Los Angeles — I highly recommend his private room for wine dinners:
