A HOTEL THAT AFTER YOU STAY THERE SINCE IT HAS OPENED MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR FOR FIVE YEARS, AND HAVE SPENT A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY, STILL DOES NOT KNOW YOUR NAME WHEN YOU CALL TO MAKE A RESERVATION.    A HOTEL WITH NEW MANAGEMENT THAT DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE AS TO HOW TO TAKE CARE OF REPEAT CLIENTS.  A HOTEL WITH NO RESTAURANT AND THE WORST ROOM SERVICE (WORSE THAN ANY ROUTE 66 MOTEL) YOU HAVE EVER HAD.  A HOTEL THAT HAS A BEAUTIFUL POOL WHICH UNFORTUNATELY IS FILLED EVERY DAY WITH SCREAMING YOUNG CHILDREN LEFT BY PARENTS AS IF THE POOL IS A GIANT WATER NANNY AND KID TOILET.   THIS IS THE PARK HYATT NYC.  ANYONE WHO BOOKS PARK HYATT HOTEL NYC IS A FOOL TO SPEND THIS KIND OF MONEY FOR A HOTEL THAT NOW HAS AN F RATING.  THIS IS NOT EVEN IN THE SAME GALAXY AS PARK HYATT TOKYO.  CONTACT ME IF YOU WANT MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION ABOUT HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THIS DISASTER OF A HOTEL.  I AM TOLD THAT THE HYATT GROUP DOES NOT OWN THIS HOTEL IT IS MERELY A LICENSING DEAL — IF THIS IS TRUE, MEMO TO HYATT GROUP:  CHANGE MANAGEMENT OR TAKE YOUR NAME OFF THIS HOTEL.
